| Event Fees We at SWVASC feel that we offer one of the best values around for your money, at only $40.00 per couple per event you attend. We do not charge the extra money for the membership fees that a lot of clubs do. We ourselves have paid as high as $50.00 membership fee plus the event fee at more than one club. Our events are BYOB with us providing the mixers and bartenders to mix your drinks for you. So the cost of your drinks is going to be much less...another big savings for you. With clean and nice rooms at our host hotel, at $59.95 plus tax on the nights of the socials, this is very competitive pricing as well. This rate is effective if you make your reservations at least three days prior to the social. Any room reservations made after that time will be at the current room rate set by the hotel. You must be sure to tell them that you are attending our social, otherwise they will not know to give you the discounted rate. We now have a group code. Please tell the clerk to use the code "SWVA" when making your reservation. Please make sure that you make your room reservations by calling the hotel directly at 540-951-1330. If you use the 800# or make reservations online, you will not be able to receive the club's discounted rate. |
