| We now have our New Years Bash scheduled for Saturday January 3. This will be a huge party so make your room reservations soon. We'll have our potluck buffet with plenty of food and snacks. We'll have a midnight champagne toast with all of our friends, new and old. Let's ring in '09 in our unique SWVASC style. Please make sure to send in rsvp's and make your room reservations soon. We have made arrangements with the management to block a specific number of rooms for our members, but please be sure to reserve your room early as I expect many more couples than the number of rooms that we have blocked. Also, when reserving your room, please be sure to tell them that you will be attending the Southwest Va Socials party to get the discounted members rate of $59.95 plus tax. To ensure that you get the discount, please tell the clerk to use the code "SWVA". We hope that you will decide to join us for one of our socials. We must, however, make it perfectly clear that unless we have your required and complete information no later than the day before the social, we will not be allowed to permit you to into the event. We must do this to comply with all ABC regulations. Also, we must stress that both persons, male and female, must present a photo ID to gain admittance and upon registration. If you are new to the club and/or the lifestyle, please read the information found on the pages titled "Privacy" & "Rules". Here you will find some very useful information to help in your visit to our club. Please be sure to include your complete and accurate email address as we have no way of knowing how to contact you without it. Days Inn Reservation & Direction Information: The Days Inn is located one block from Montgomery Regional Hospital. To make your room reservations, please make sure to call the hotel direct to ensure that you are given the group's discounted rate. The number is 540-951-1330. Be sure to tell them that you will be attending the Southwest Va Socials party, to get the arranged room rate for our members and to be located on the party floor with other members. Directions: From Interstate I-81 Take exit 118B off of I-81 to 460west. Take exit 5A and follow right to hospital. At end of ramp, take a left. Go to second light, and take a left. The Days Inn is on the left. The club event hall is in the former Vicker Switch club. From WV; US-460: Take US-460 east to business exit towards Blacksburg. Continue on US-460- go 0.1 mile Turn left on Yellow Sulphur Rd. go 0.1 mile. Turn left on Holiday Lane. You will see the Days Inn. The club event hall is in the former Vicker Switch club. |
