GROUP MISSION STATEMENT

SWVASC is a private social group for ADULTS. No
one under the age of 21 is admitted. We are a group
of consenting adults, meeting to be with friends who
share our interests.

We are a private group, at no time open to the
general public. If you are a new couple to our club,
and wish to attend, please make sure to see the rsvp
page for the required information that we must have in
order to allow your attendance.

We do not allow or condone the use of drugs,
and the privacy and safety of our members is top
priority. Any member found to be under the influence
or possessing any controlled substance will be asked to
leave immediately and their membership revoked.

As consenting adults, we have the right, under the first
amendment, to freely and peacefully assemble and
the right of free speech guaranteed to all American
citizens.
As all Americans, we value the freedoms granted to
us. We meet legally and with the full cooperation of
our host facilities.

We conduct our affairs privately and our socials are
not at any time open to the general public. We do not
break any laws and expect our right to privacy be
respected at all times.

We obtain an ABC license for each event. We
STRICTLY adhere to the laws associated with this
license. This means no nudity, and anyone found
to be over-intoxicated at the club will be asked to
leave.
Any information obtained by the directors of this
group is used only to maintain records required for
the ABC license.

We do not solicit nor permit any invasion of our
member's privacy by the media or otherwise.



POLICIES & RULES

All couples new to the group are required to attend a new
couples' seminar. The meeting is held at our site at 7:30pm
on the evening of the social. This is to inform all new
members of our rules, and to allow you to ask any questions
that you may have.

All couples need to RSVP for the event that they plan
to attend. Please see the rsvp page for all required
information.

Each couple must read and sign a membership form.

Each couple must be at least 21 years of age.

Valid photo ID's  are required to enter.

Proper dress is required in all areas of the hotel (dress must
be street legal).

SWVASG is a BYOB (bring our own bottle) group. No
alcohol is sold on premise, but we do provide complimentary
mixers and soft drinks and bartenders to prepare your
drinks for you.

Loud, pushy, or obnoxious behavior is not welcome and
these persons will be asked to leave.

Drunks will not be tolerated.

Nudity is not permitted in the public areas of the hotel
as well as the club area.

We are not permitted to have any open door parties at this
host facility. Individual room doors must be kept closed to
protect your privacy and not disturb other hotel guests. If
you wish to invite another couple to your room, you may do
so, but to protect your privacy and other hotel guests, this
will be enforced.

One of the most important rules....NO MEANS NO.  No
exceptions.

We all must assist in ensuring our individual and group
privacy.

Everyone in the lifestyle is concerned about maintaining
their personal privacy and the need for discretion
surrounding their social activities.
THE GROUP SHARES THESE CONCERNS.

Identified staff members are there to insure a discrete and
private function.
However, we must have every member's assistance to
assure the private, discrete, and relaxed environment that
we all desire.  Keep in mind that we share this hotel with
many people that don't have a clue about the lifestyle. We
must do everything possible not to call attention to
ourselves.
Members are responsible for their hotel room fees. You are
also responsible for any charges incurred in the case of
damage to your room. If you are found to have caused
undue damage to your room, we have the right to deny your
request to join us for one of our socials in the future.

Hotel guest are not to be invited to our events.

Respect the rights and personal convictions of the hotel
employees.
They may not agree with our lifestyle.

Do not discuss the group's activities among hotel guests or
employees.

It's a simple case of exercising common sense in our actions
and conversations about the lifestyle and activities.

Cameras, camera phones, or any other recording or
imaging device are not allowed in the party areas. This
includes the club event hall and the hospitality suite. If we
must ask you to remove a camera phone, we will. This is to
ensure the privacy of our members.
